Troubleshooting Phone - No Network

Solution

Please follow the diagram attached.

The Ethernet cable coming from the wall plugs into the port labeled "Internet" highlighted in green.

The port labeled PC, highlighted in orange, connects to the computer from the phone.

If these are connected correctly, unplug the power cable to the phone and wait 10 seconds then plug the power cable back in.

If the phone is still showing No Network, please create a help ticket for the IT Helpdesk.
